The "Parable of the Sower" (in-depth study)

(Currently only in PDF format.)

• Study verses - The three accounts are arranged in a parallel format, so they can be compared for similarities and differences. A public domain translation is used, in order to avoid copyright issues (and still be readable for most people).

• Study guide / Commentary - An in-depth look at the context of the parable (previous events that lead up to it), the parable itself; and a look at how the various words in the parable are used in other passages.

• Hand-Out - Compares the four types of soil, using: 1) a picture, and 2) written descriptions, in table format. Can be used as a hand-out, summarizing the concepts mentioned in the parable.
