A Sacrifice!

Our attitude - humility and repentance

Psalm 51:17 The sacrifices of God are a broken spirit. A broken and contrite heart, O God, you will not despise.

Our devotion - worship and praise

Hebrews 13:15 Through him [Jesus], then, let us offer up a sacrifice of praise to God continually, that is, the fruit of lips which make confession to his name.

Our attention - prayer (Talk to him!)

Psalm 141:2 Let my prayer be set before you like incense; The lifting up of my hands like the evening sacrifice.

Our lives - all we have and are (He gave us a lot more!)

Romans 12:1 Therefore I urge you, brothers, by the mercies of God, to present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable to God, which is your spiritual service.

Our lifestyle - doing good and sharing with others

Hebrews 13:16 But don't forget to be doing good and sharing, for with such sacrifices God is well pleased.
