Here, the focus is on human moral nature. For the issue of human physical nature, see: Human Beings.

People tend to act consistently with their nature, whether it is an evil nature or a righteous one.
There will be inconsistent times, in which people will do the opposite of their nature. God restrains the sinfulness of the wicked; the righteous are still tempted with sin. But at the Day of Justice, all things will be made consistent. Those with a wicked nature will be that way forever; those with a righteous nature (because they repented and trusted Jesus Christ for salvation) will be righteous forever.
