Three concepts that tend to be confused
- Omniscience - God is all knowing.
- Omnipresence - God is in all places.
- Omnipotence - God is all powerful.
When Scripture describes someone as being cast out of God's presence, it is the person's experience that is being described, not God's.

- The vast expanse of the earth, the depths of the ocean, even the place of the dead - all fully comprehended by God. Implied is the idea that he has been there.
- Psa 33:13-15 Yahweh looks from heaven. He sees all the sons of men. From the place of his habitation he looks out on all the inhabitants of the earth, he who fashions all of their hearts; and he considers all of their works.
- Psa 139:7 Where could I go from your Spirit? Or where could I flee from your presence? NO WHERE!
- One of God's attributes that makes the future Day of Judgment possible.
